I had been looking at a number of $15K RVs. I was not about to
spend more than that on this crazy venture. When I saw this add I
thought, while this is WAY out of my league, it blue books for at least
$150K. if I can
get it for $80K, I could not go wrong on any level. I could likely
sell it for a profit at that price.
Since the
reserve was not met, I had nothing to loose being the high bidder.
I also get some sick thrill bidding large amounts on Ebay when the
reserve is not met. I thought this was all innocent enough.
When I saw the pictures of this vehicle compared to the pictures of all
the other vehicles I was looking at, I was shocked with the difference
in quality on every level. The components, tanks, generator,
cabinits, suspention, transmission -- everything, was way out of the
league of any other vehicle even within this price range.
